Payments for Purchases

Once the consumers find a product or products that they want to buy, an online check-out is often established (like the physical shopping cart in supermarkets). Then the shoppers will be asked to make the payment. The most common method used when paying for online purchases is by Credit Cards. Also gaining popularity are Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Direct Debits, Paypal, Gift Cards, Wire Transfers, Cheque and Postal Money Orders and Bank Drafts. Some sites have some restrictions attached to different methods of payment.(In our next blog, we will discuss about "Delivery" of the purchases).

ONLINE SHOPPING

Online Shopping (Part 2)

SURF & SAVE ALL

The two of the largest Online Retail giants today are E-Bay and Amazon. The first World Wide Web and Browser was created in 1990, but, not until 1991, it opened the door for commercial use. Some 3 years later, retailers began to sell their products beginning 1994. Online Banking, Pizza Hut and similar others opened their internet stores. The first online shopping system was first brought in by a German Company called Intershop in 1994, followed by Amazon in 1995 and E-Bay in 1996. The introduction of Secure Online Shopping introduced by Netscape further strengthened the "Online Shopping" idea.

What are tablet computers?
Tablet Computer, sometimes called "Tablet" is one-piece mobile computer and uses a touch-screen and an on-screen keyboard that can be hidden when not in use. The Tablet computer, together with the special operating software, is an example of pen computing technology.

Software Selection

Which Software is right for your needs?
The selection is somewhat easier if it is for personal use. If you have some experience, time to read what is displayed on the Software boxes, the location of the Software retail outlets or our online address http://digitalbargaincenter.com/software_store.html and funds or a credit card to buy one, the matter is simple. However, buying a Commercial Software for use in your business is a tedious process. The process is not as simple as buying a Software for personal use. You have to consider several different factors. One of them is the selection of a reliable supplier who also understand your need and willing to help before, during and after implementation and that at a cost you can afford to pay.

Apart from the Software itself, you will be forced to pay for Licences, additional hardware, additional Staff, Training, Software updates, Maintenance, Consultancy fees, Conversion of the current system to the new, the relevant Software platform and the functionality of the Software.

These days, we also have another option to consider - Online Solution. If you go this route, you don't have to worry about installation, maintenance, networking, expensive hardware and many other support services. You only have to pay rental or a monthly fee. If you opt for online solution, please make sure that you do a very good background check to see that the Online service provider is affordable, user-friendly, dependable and trustworthy.
